HIlT = High Intensity Interval Training
If you want to rise your pulse without running HllT is the thing for you. If you want to feel like you have worked through the whole of your body HllT is the thing for you. If you want cardio and strength in one and the same class HllT is the thing for you. If you want to have fun while exercising HllT is the thing for you.
After a short warm up we switch to the HllT part of the class. We will work through the whole of the body. The exercises can be both static and dynamic. Everything from planks, squats, lunges, burpees combined with different kind of cardio exercises. So you will definitely feel the pulse rising.
Everybody can join because you will do the exercises in your own pace. And I will modify each exercise to each one. Please remember water because you will get thirsty. At the end of the class we will always cool down and stretch. And the last few minutes we will relax.Just as important it is to raise the pulse it is to slow down and allow the body to relax before ending the class.
CORE
The core is the part of your body that connects the legs with your arms and head.
You can also call it your torso. It is your hips, back, belly and chest.
For the body to work properly it is important to have a strong and well functioning core.
And by that we don’t only mean the muscles but also the joints.
With strong muscles you wouldn’t put so much pressure on the joints and they will work easier together.
After a short warm up l will guide you through exercises that will strengthen the muscles that connects your core. We will only use our own bodyweight as resistance. At the end of each class we will stretch the muscles we have worked with for a better flexibility. The last few minutes of the class we will allow the body to gear down completely and relax. Remember just as important it is to work the body it is to let it relax afterwards.
In both CORE and HllT classes everybody can join because you always do the exercises in your own pace. Listen to your body and l will help you modify each exercise so you are able to do it.
